Join CDP for a one-day workshop on city climate finance and hear about innovative, bankable projects that will unlock the climate change mitigation potential of cities.

This workshop will provide a key opportunity for investors to meet city representatives taking the lead on climate change and share experiences on investing in sustainable infrastructure. This event is part of the Matchmaking service project, which will connect institutional investors and international public finance institutions to urban climate mitigation projects as part of the Climate KIC’s LoCaL program.

Aims of the workshop:

• Participants will gain a deepened understanding of the needs and opportunities from the perspective of the investorand the local government, when financing transformative urban climate projects.
• Strengthened networking between investors active in climate finance and city representatives active in climate action.
• Attendees will leave with the opportunity to continue to participatein or access the Matchmaker’s pipeline of bankable and transformative projects.
